Shipping Conditions

Shipping to countries of "Zone 1":

• Zone 1 includes the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain
• The shipping fee per order is 6,90 EUR
• For orders with a value of 200,00 EUR or more, shipping is free of charge.

Shipping to countries of "Zone 2":

• Zone 2 includes the following countries: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Malta, Norway, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom (UK), Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Ireland, Slovenia
• The shipping fee per order is 9,90 EUR
• For orders with a value of 200,00 EUR or more, shipping is free of charge.

Shipping to countries of "Zone 3":

• Zone 3 includes the following countries: Canada, United States of America (USA)
• The shipping fee per order is 19,90 EUR
• *Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and overloaded supply chains, delivery to these countries is currently not possible

Shipment to China:

• The shipping fee per order is 24,50 EUR
• *Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and overloaded supply chains, delivery to these countries is currently not possible

Notice for delivery to outside the EU

For delivery to non-European countries or non-EU countries, additional country-specific import duties, possibly customs clearance fees, customs clearance service fees and eventually import sales taxes may apply. The extent of these charges depends on the respective country of delivery. You should inquire about those fees at your local customs office. All such charges are to be borne by you.

Remark to our delivery times

The delivery of our organic cosmetics products is handled by UPS, products from the jewelry range are shipped by DHL. All delivery times stated below are averages derived from our experience.
